Vi forhandler Antistatisk udstyrsprodukter fra Simco-Ion Europe som har eksisteret siden 1946 og er en del af den verdensomspændende ITW-koncernen og aktive i Europa. Simco-Ion’s aktiviteter startede med fremkomsten af plast i tekstilindustrien. Flere modeller af antistatstave til 7kv hvor der også skal anvendes TRAFO. Antistave i en meget kompakt konstruktion hvor optil 4 stave kan tilsluttes TRAFO.

Den nye 24V stav (Performax) hvor trafo er integreret i selve staven og hvor der anvendes smalle flexible kabler. Arbejder op til 500mm fra selve banen/emnet.

Manager IQ Easy Introducing a new level of static control; the heart of the new IQ Easy platform is the Manager IQ Easy. It comprises of a Control unit with a 7” LCD touch screen, provides information from all the connected devices and makes it easy to change and monitor status and parameters. Up to 6 IQ devices can be directly connected to the Manager IQ Easy. The 24V DC power distribution is routed via the Manager, so no extra cables! This makes the connection of a device even easier than connection to a single desktop power supply.

Extension IQ Easy

an extension to the IQ Easy Platform

The IQ Easy platform with at least one Manager IQ Easy can be extended with the Extension IQ Easy to control an additional 6 devices. The Extension IQ Easy comprises of a Control unit without a display. Status LED’s show the power on and overall warning or alarm status. Up to 6 IQ devices can be connected to the Extension IQ Easy. The 24V DC power distribution is routed via the Extension. So no extra cables!This makes the connection of a device even easier than connection to a single desktop power supply.

The aluminium profile offers a very rugged structure even up to 3 meters. Universal mounting brackets are supplied for various mounting options.

The ThunderION is a revolutionary development in both design and functionality. It offers long distance static elimination even up to one meter. The robust design of the reinforced extruded profile allows the use in industrial environment up to even 5 m length. The CMM IQ Easy

specially designed for IML applications

The CMME is a small profile footprint charging generator specially designed for IML applications. The unit has fully integrated high voltage parts and only needs a 24V DC supply. The housing is compact, robust and only weighs 500 grams which makes it perfect for end of arm mounting in IML pick and placehandling systems. It can easily withstand the high G-forces occurring during the IML process.

The CM Tiny

The CM Tiny is the smallest industrial charging generator for static bonding applications. The unit has fully integrated high voltage parts and only needs a 24V DC supply. The housing is compact, robust and only weighs 500 grams which makes it perfect for small machines and applications with moving parts s.a. pick and place handling systems. It can easily withstand the high G-forces occurring during the process.

Sensor IQ Easy

that measures the electrostatic charge

A sensor that measures the electrostatic charge of a web can be added to the IQ Easy platform. The Sensor IQ Easy is a bar type device that can hold op to 16 sensor heads. Each sensor head can be placed on a strategical position across the web to monitor the electrostatic charge. All data of each sensor head is communicated to the Manager IQ Easy and stored for process monitoring.

Statisk eliminering

Statisk elektricitet kan være besværligt i mange produktionsprocesser, hvor ikke-ledende materialer som plast, papir, træ og tekstil behandles.

Den mest effektive og holdbare løsning til at reducere den statiske ladning er ved aktiv ionisering. Aktiv ionisering oprettes ved brug af luftionisatorer. Disse genererer et stort antal positive og negative ioner i den omgivende atmosfære. Når ioner strømmer gennem luften, tiltrækkes de af modsat ladede partikler og overflader. Neutralisering af ladede overflader opnås hurtigt gennem denne proces.

De mest velkendte problemer med statisk elektricitet i produktionen er b.la. følgende:

  • Gnister i maskinen
    Når gnister opbygges i en maskine, er dette en god indikator på statiske opladninger, hvilket kan knyttes til statisk elektricitet.

  • Stød
    Vi oplever ofte at operatører b.la. får stød fra maskinen, fra rullen med folie eller fra ark i maskinen. Der ses ofte tilfælde af statiske udladninger, hvilket kan være farligt for operatøren eller folk omkring maskinen.

  • Materialer klæber sammen og er vanskeligt at behandle
    Statisk elektricitet kan gøre det vanskeligt for maskiner at køre i høj hastighed. Det kan også få færdigproduceret folie til at klæbe sig til hinanden, og det kan dermed kan være vanskeligt at håndtere i det næste behandlingstrin.

  • Materielle processen forstyrres
    Flowet af materialer i produktionen forstyrres af statisk elektricitet eller en statisk ladning på produktet.

  • Produktet tiltrækker støv
    Statisk elektricitet eller en statisk ladning på maskinen eller produktet får støv til at tiltrækkes og fastgøres. Dette er vanskeligt at fjerne ved normal rengøring, hvis ikke man fjerner den statiske ladning først.

  • Ild i maskinen
    Statisk elektricitet kan forårsage gnister i maskiner og i miljøer med brændbare gasser. I situationer med høj støvtæthed, kan dette uden tvivl være meget farligt. Løsninger kan findes ved hjælp af antistatisk udstyr velegnet til EX-applikationer.

  • Hvad skaber statisk elektricitet?
    Statiske ladninger eller statisk elektricitet skyldes hovedsageligt friktion og adskillelse af dårligt ledende materialer, ikke-ledere eller isolatorer. Statisk ladning kan ikke ses, men det kan demonstreres ved måling med en elektrostatisk feltmåler (Se afsnittet ”Statisk måling”).

  • Hvilke metoder skal bruges til at reducere eller eliminere statisk elektricitet?

    Ikke-ledende materialer (isolatorer) kan ikke udledes ved jording. Den mest effektive og holdbare løsning til at reducere den statiske ladning er ved aktiv ionisering med en antistat stav. Aktiv ionisering oprettes ved hjælp af en højspændingsgenerator, der genererer en højspænding til at skabe ioner fra den omgivende luft. Disse genererer et stort antal positive og negative ioner i den omgivende atmosfære. Når ioner strømmer gennem luften, tiltrækkes de af modsat ladede partikler og overflader. Neutralisering af ladede overflader opnås hurtigt, hvis antallet af modstående ladede ioner er stort og rettet mod det elektrostatisk ladede materiale.

Antistat stave

Antistat stave genererer et elektrisk felt, der får luftmolekylerne i nærheden af staven til at nedbrydes i positive og negative ioner. Fordi modsatte ladninger tiltrækkes, vil ethvert ladet materiale der passerer staven tiltrække ioner, indtil ladningen på materialet er neutraliseret. Materialerne vil ikke længere blive tiltrukket af hinanden eller til maskindelene. Tiltrækning af støv, eksplosion, brandfare og elektriske stød til personalet forårsaget af statisk afladning undgås hermed.

Perfomax Easy

The rugged Performax Easy static neutralizing system, with reinforced profile offers superior deflection performance that minimizes damage due to (accidental) bending. The Performax Easy has an integrated high voltage power supply and requires only a low voltage input of 24V DC. It is equipped with a standard M12 connector for the 24V DC input.

Perfomax Easy Ex

The Performax Easy Ex has an integrated high voltage power supply and requires only a low voltage input of 24V DC. A two color high bright LED visualises bar ON (green) or bar FAULT (red). On the standard connection cable an additional wires for remote on/off contact is available and a signal indicating high voltage O.K

The Performax IQ Easy

The ThunderION IQ 2.0

MEB

MEB anti-static bars are often used on production machines were short range ionisation is possible and where no moving machine parts are interfering the ionisation.

Each individual emitter point of this rectangular anti-static bar is coupled capacitively to the high voltage.

MEJ

MEJ anti-static bars are often used on production machines were short range ionisation is possible and where no moving machine parts are interfering the ionisation.The properties of this Simco-Ion anti-static bar are the same as those of type MEB, except that the MEJ type is round. Therefore, mounting this anti-static bar via holes in the machine frame is possible.

½” SS

The emitter pins of the Super Service anti-static bars are directly coupled to the high voltage so that maximum ionising current is reached.

These bars can be cleaned easily and therefore they are suited for being installed in places which may be subject to heavy fouling. Touching an emitter pin will cause an unpleasant electrical shock.

MAXION

Each individual emitter pin of the MaxION anti-static bar is coupled capacitively to the high voltage. You will therefore not get an electrical shock when the emitter pin is accidentally touched. The rugged MaxION static neutralising bar has a reinforced profile that minimises damage due to accidental bending. The ground reference is embedded in the reinforced profile. The slide slot on the backside of the MaxION enables the user to position the mounting bolts as required, allowing greater mounting flexibility.

EP-SH-N

Each individual emitter pin of this anti-static bar is coupled capacitively to the high voltage. You will therefore not get an electrical shock when the emitter pin is accidentally touched. Another advantage is that the bar continues to function properly when a number of emitter pins are short-circuited, for instance due to heavy fouling.

P-SH-N

This type of anti-static bar, a more powerful version of the EP-Sh-N is highly effective and, with its long range, ideal for neutralization of static electricity on materials when the distance varies. Under certain conditions the maximum distance may even be as large as 600 mm. The construction of the bar is so rigid that bending of long bars is only minimal.

P-SH-N-EX

This anti-static bar has the same properties as the P-Sh-N. but is equipped with an integrated power unit, you do not need a high-voltage cable. This anti-static bar has been approved for use in certain hazardous environments. The 5m long primary cable shall be connected to the mains voltage. A neon lamp can indicate that high voltage is present.

Ionblæsere

Plast tiltrækker støv på grund af statisk elektricitet. Støvpartiklerne klæber sig fast på overfladen, hvilket skaber kvalitetsproblemer. På grund af deres form skal mange plastprodukter neutraliseres på afstand. Til dette formål har Simco-Ion udviklet ioniserende luftblæsere. Emitter pinnerne på antistat staven inde i blæseren ioniserer luften, der blæses mod det elektrostatisk ladede objekt. Emnet neutraliseres derefter af den ioniserede luftstrøm.

BLOWION

The BlowION ionising air blower has been designed for multifunctional applications. It features an ergonomic, robust designed extruded anodized aluminum housing. The integrated fans and the intelligent positioning of an anti-static bar and a high effective neutralising technique to provide long range ionization over a large area.

SENTRY

The Sentry has been designed for areas where static electricity causes problems, ranging from dust and dirt attraction to uncomfortable electrical shocks to personnel. The Sentry is ideal for light industrial environments and it increases productivity. The Sentry is excellently suited to neutralise static charges on threedimensional objects, for instance injection moulded products.

VOLUMION

The VolumION is a very robust ionizing air blower with an effective ionising width of 500 mm. The VolumION consists of a motor, two fans and an ionisation unit. Ambient air is drawn on two sides and blown off along three anti-static bars. The air flow that is drawn in is adjustable on both sides. This ionising air blower is also ideal for long range neutralising when paper and film webs are being wound. The air inlets can be fitted with a special filter.

HP-N-EX

The HP-N-Ex ionizing air blower consists of a motor and a fan. The ambient air is drawn on one side and blown off along an anti-static bar. The effective ionizing width is 500 mm. This ionisation blower has been approved for use in certain explosion-hazardous environments. The power unit is integrated in the anti-static bar.

Statisk opladning

Et statisk opladningssystem består af en højspændingsgenerator og en elektrode. Højspændingsgeneratoren forsyner den høje spænding, der er nødvendig for at skabe en statisk ladning. Dette kan variere fra 3 til 60 kVolt. Opladningselektroden kommer i forskellige former for at muliggøre et optimalt resultat for hver specifik applikation.

Opladningsgeneratorer

Simco-Ion Chargemaster-systemer er yderst velegnede til midlertidig limning af materialer. Vedhæftning mellem materialeoverfladerne skabes ved at generere en elektrostatisk ladning. Som et resultat kan produktionsprocesser ofte forenkles og accelereres. Et system består af en DC højspændingsgenerator og en eller flere opladningselektroder. Generatoren genererer højspænding for højspændingspunkterne i elektroderne. Højspændingspunkterne producerer ioner til at oplade materialerne, som derefter klæber til hinanden eller til andre overflader elektrostatisk. Highfrequency switching-teknologi bruges i generatorerne. Denne teknologi sikrer en konstant udgangsspænding med en forudindstillet værdi, indtil overbelastning. Generatorerne er elektronisk strømbegrænset og beskyttet mod gnister. Funktioner i det moderne design inkluderer kontrolpanelet, der har membranafbrydere og roterer gennem 180 °.

CM Tiny

CM Lite

A compact high voltage supply with an adjustable output voltage of 0 – 20 kV (with a maximum current of 0,7 mA) clearly shown on the digital display. State-of-the art electronics are employed with a remote control option. The power supply is available with a positive or negative output voltage. A warning lamp lights up if the system is overloaded or in the event of spark-over.

CM5-30/60

CM5 is fully backwards compatible with ECM30/60 and ECM DI30/60.

For basic users a quick set-up menu is provided to set-up the generator to function as an ECM30/60. The Menu is available in English, German, French and Italian.

The new standard function Current Control will enable you to set a constant current vs a constant voltage. This will provide a much more stable charging and will compensate contamination and emitter pin wear automatically.

Opladningsstave

Simco-Ion tilbyder en række opladningsstave og elektroder, afhængig af de specifikke anvendelser og betingelser. Disse stave er forbundet til en DC højspændingsgenerator. Et stærkt, ionmættet elektrisk felt omkring de enkelte polaritetshøjspændingspunkter tvinger materialet til en jordreference. Materialet oplades af ionerne. Når de tiltrækkes af forskellige polariteter, klæber overfladerne midlertidigt sammen. Der er forskellige metoder til midlertidigt at oplade materialer elektrostatisk ved hjælp af et Simco-Ion Chargemaster-system.

HDC

These rugged charging bars are used in a variety of industrial applications. The slot at the rear of the charging bar permits easy mounting. HDC charging bars are provided with a resistor to avoid failures in the machine control system in the event of accidental spark-over. The cable output may be straight or right-angled (90°).

FMX-004

The FMX-004 is a convenient, compact and pocketsized electrostatic fieldmeter. With this fieldmeter you can measure and store the field strength and polarity. It enables you to carry out measurements in awkward places.

TensION

Hold the TensION at a distance from the ionising points / emitters. If a high voltage is present, a red indicator in the plastic tip will illuminate. To get an indication of proper functioning of the Simco-Ion equipment all the emitters should be checked.
