Bananvalser / spredevalser
Tecnomec fra Italien fremstiller bananvalser / bredstræksvalser til mange formål og i mange forskellige længder og diametre. Valserne er oftest med en sort EPDM gummistrømpe monteret uden på selve basen/kroppen. Valserne tilbydes i to udførelser.
Type 1 – fremstilles med fast bøjning, men hvor vinkel kan indstilles via håndhjul eller værktøj.
Type 2 – fremstilles med indstillelig bøjning og vinkel. Bøjning kan justeres via håndhjul.Montering af bananvalsen kan ske vha. indvendigt monterede lejehuse ellers som ståleje hvor disse monteres ovenpå selve maskinrammen. Alle bananvalser/udrettevalser er med roterende krop.

Bananvalse/spredevalse serie B
This spreader roll model is used especially for fabrics and felts at the different stages of the production cycle both in cool or warm applications, dry or wet. The specially designed seal prevents entry of moisture, water or dust. Rolls with stainless steel components, special rubber or teflon sleeve are available to request.


Bananvalse/spredevalse serie M
The M series metal spreader roll is used in many applications: Re-reeling machine, Calender-Super Calender, Coating machine, Pope, Winder, Felt press. Cover chromium plating, various coatings, such as tungsten carbide, Chromium Teflon, cover grooving. Special executions upon request.


Bananvalse/spredevalse series G
The G Series rubber spreader roll is used many applications: Tissue machines, Size press, Coating machine, Press section, Pope, Cutter. Wide range of rubber coatings, such as abrasionproof, anti-adhesive, high temperatures and cover grooving. Special executions upon request.


Spredevalse - gummi
Rubber spiral rolls Tecnomec 3 can be used in any department of the factory, where the spreading of material and the removal of wrinkles are required. The above-mentioned roll does not need any control or inner supports and it is possible to reuse the inside shaft, which is available in different materials, such as aluminum, steel and carbon for future rubberizing processes.
