Luftaksler / chucks

Familieejet virksomhed og med speciale udelukkende indenfor fremstilling af luftaksler og chucks samt mekaniske aksler/chucks. Konstruktion med gennemgående lameller i hårdtpresset gummi ( shore 80)  vulcaniseret på en 0,2 mm stålbund. Luftaksler findes også i kompositmateriale samt i aluminium og stål hvis det ønskes. Antal ekspander kan variere fra 3 til 12 stk på radius afhængigt af kernediameter og rullevægt. Luftaksler er i fuld længde og leveres i bredde på 10, 15, 20, 27 og 33 mm.

Vore kulfiberaksler fremstilles med multilugs (lameller) og central gummislange monteret i kroppen. Klarer meget høj rullevægt samtidig med lavvægt på selve akslen.

The most popular light steel air shaft, suitable for medium to heavy applications. It is engineered to be highly performant but almost as light as an aluminium air shaft. A 1,5 mt C3SNL can weigh less than 20 kg and safely load and run an almost 2000 kg roll.
